13th International Conference on Computers Helping People with Special Needs
ICCHP provides a unique platform for end users, researchers, developers and practitioners including amongst others:

Each year the National Federation of the Blind holds its national convention. It is traditionally the largest disability conference of its kind- more than 3,000 blind people participate from across the United States. White Cane Day Celebration

The Lane County Council of the Blind (LCCB) in partnership with the City of Eugene's Hilyard Community are hosting this year's Celebration of International White Cane Day on October 15th. The goal is to heighten awareness of the public, blind and visually impaired community to the wonderful array of resources and programs currently available.
