Finding Your ViewPlus Software Version:
Software version numbers are vital information for support issues. If you encounter a support problem and need to contact ViewPlus Technical Support, you will need to provide this information. Most software version numbers can be found in the Help menu of each program. Follow the instructions below to easily locate your software version numbers.

ViewPlus Formatter:
Open Microsoft WORD. Go to the Tiger menu option. Select Formatter Settings. Then select About. The About ViewPlus Formatter window will appear. Your version number will be listed.
ViewPlus Translator:
Open the ViewPlus Translator. Select the About button. Your version number will be displayed.
ViewPlus Tiger Viewer and Tiger Designer:
The version number for these programs is located in the same area. Simply open either program and select the Help button. Then select About Tiger Designer or About Tiger Viewer. Your version number will then be displayed.
ViewPlus Toolbox (Desktop Units Only):
Open your Start Menu then select All Programs, open the ViewPlus folder and select the Tiger Toolbox. Select the About button. The Tiger Toolbox version will appear.
IVEO Viewer:
Open IVEO Viewer, select the Help feature on the menu bar, then About. The version window will appear. The version number will be displayed and voiced if the speech option is enabled.
IVEO Creator:
Open IVEO Creator, select the Help feature on the menu bar, then About. The license number and version number will be displayed and voiced if the speech option is enabled.
AGC:
Open your AGC software, go to the Help option on the menu bar. Select About the Accessible Graphing Calculator. Your version number will be displayed.
