ViewPlus Software Product Deactivation Request Form
Are you having trouble with your TSS, IVEO, or AGC license registration? Please use our automated License Deactivation form to deactivate your license number and allow you to re-activate on a new computer. Appropriate reasons for deactivating your license number may be, new computer, hard drive crash, etc. Please note that the ViewPlus Software License Agreement states that your license number is one license per user, if you are trying to install the same number on additional computers and have not purchased additional license seats, this may be the reason your license number is not working. Please contact ViewPlus Sales for more information about additional licenses and pricing.
Complete the following form to request deactivation of a ViewPlus Software Product. You will receive an e-mail regarding the status of your request within 1-2 business days.
Note: If you are registering your software on the same hard drive you do not need to apply for deactivation unless you are receiving an error message.
FOR TSS 4.0 users only: A new TSS 4.2 version is available which requires a new activation number. To obtain your new 4.2 license number and free update, please complete the license exchange form.
