A.   Preface
Welcome to the IVEO Viewer, the free application that provides outstanding access to graphical information in SVG files made accessible by the IVEO Creator author/editor application.  IVEO Viewer has standard visual displays that sighted Windows users will find easy and intuitive to use.  A special full screen uncluttered Accessibility View may be selected by people who are blind or who have other severe print impairments.  IVEO Viewer permits text and object labels and descriptions to be spoken when selected.  A ViewPlus IVEO Touchpad and access to a ViewPlus embosser are necessary to enable good IVEO audio, Braille, and tactile access to information by people with severe print disabilities.  The tactile image created by the ViewPlus embosser permits people to feel text or images, and the IVEO Touchpad, on which that tactile image is clamped, is a mouse that then may be clicked by the user to select and voice text and object information.
