ViewPlusデスクトップシリーズは単票用紙、連続用紙が使用でき、印字スピード、最大用紙幅の異なる3機種をラインナップに揃えています。

ViewPlusデスクトップシリーズは、視覚障害者の方々のために高精度な点図+点字を同時に印刷する新しい世界を広げました。

これら三種類のViewPlus点字プリンターの操作方法は、ほぼ等しく、詳細についてはこのマニュアル内で解説されています。なお、この説明書ではViewPlus Maxの写真を使用しています。ViewPlus デスクトップ点字プリンターは付属のTiger Windowsプリンタードライバと共に、文書を様々な点字フォントに点訳、又、線やブロックなどのグラフィックをは高解像度の点図に変換します。

別売のタイガー・スイート日本語版Tiger Software Suite for EXTRA（以下TSSE）を使用することにより、新しい次元での点訳と点図作成が可能です。TSSEに含まれているTiger フォーマッタ はMicrosoft Word、EXCELの拡張ソフトウェアで、点訳や点字印刷を簡単にするツールを提供します。Tiger デザイナーでは簡単な図や点字文書の編集が可能です。又、ViewPlus トランスレーターはWindows対応のソフトウェアに対し点訳ツールとしてご使用になれます。

• 延長電源コードはなるべくご使用にならない事をお勧めいたします。
• プリンターをクリーニングされる前に電源コードを必ず抜いてください。なお、クリーニング、メンテナンスの際には布をお使い下さい。
• プリンターには液体等をかけないようにご注意下さい、故障の原因になります。

• プリンターの使用及び設定は本書に書かれている以外の行為は行なわないでください。

• 下記の状況時に関しましては、プリンターの電源コードを抜き販売店までお問い合わせ下さい。
• 電源コードや電源プラグの損傷時
• 液体等がプリンター内に入ってしまった時。
• プリンター落下損傷時、又はそのキャビネットが損傷時。
• プリンターが作動しない、又は通常の稼動を行わない時。
