IVEO® Viewer Update 1.2.2

This Software Licensing Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and ViewPlus® Technologies, Inc. (ViewPlus). These are the only terms by which ViewPlus® permits use. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you may not use this software.

CPU: Pentium 1GHz or better
Memory: 256MB or more
Display resolution: 800x600 or mode
Hard Disk: 250MB free

ViewPlus® LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR the IVEO® Viewer.

General terms:

1. THE SOFTWARE.
The Software licensed under this agreement is the computer program IVEO® Viewer which consists of executable files, data files, and documentation.

The IVEO Viewer includes voluntary contributions made by many individuals on behalf of the Apache Software Foundation. For more information on the Apache Software Foundation, please see http://www.apache.org/.

2. GRANT OF LICENSE.
ViewPlus® grants you the right to the use of Software in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

3. COPYRIGHT.
The IVEO® Viewer program is owned by ViewPlus® Technologies, Inc, with portions licensed from IBM Inc, Microsoft Inc, and the Apache Foundation. The application is protected by United States copyright laws and international treaties. You must treat the Software like any other copyrighted material.

4. Other Restrictions.
You may not rent or lease the Software, but you may transfer your rights under this license on a permanent basis provided that you transfer this license, the Software and all accompanying written materials, you retain no copies, and the recipient agrees to the terms of this License. You may not decompile, or disassemble the Software. You may not modify the software in any way. If the Software is an update or upgrade, any transfer must include the update or upgrade and all prior versions.

YOU MAY NOT USE, COPY, MODIFY OR TRANSFER THE SOFTWARE OR USER DOCUMENTATION OR ANY COPIES EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS LICENSE.

THE AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, DISTRIBUTORS AND DEALERS OF VIEWPLUS® TECHNOLOGIES, INC. ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO MODIFY THIS LICENSE NOR MAKE ANY STATEMENTS, REPRESENTATIONS OR TERMS BINDING ON VIEWPLUS® TECHNOLOGIES, INC.

5. NO WARRANTY.
THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INSTALLATION OF THE PROGRAM AND FILES. IN NO EVENT SHALL VIEWPLUS, IBM, MICROSOFT, OR THE APACHE FOUNDATION OR ANY OF ITS CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS LICENSE, UNDERSTAND IT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS. YOU ALSO AGREE THAT THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE ACKNOWLEDGES THAT YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENSE. YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT THE LICENSE IS A COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND VIEWPLUS® TECHNOLOGIES, INC.
