Duxbury 10.5 Troubleshooting
Image not available.
Duxbury versions 10.5 and higher were designed to let users continue to operate ViewPlus Embossers in Tiger or the Windows printer interface while still using the Duxbury interface designed for the traditional embosser’s DOS-based printer drivers. Duxbury created complex code to bridge the old embossing technology and ViewPlus’ Windows driver resulting in confusion in the software. To solve this problem ViewPlus edited its driver to enable embossing from Duxbury 10.5 without changing modes on the printer. New versions of the ViewPlus Embosser drivers have been added to our website for download. If you have installed or updated your drivers since January 2005 you will not need new drivers.
